Consent to personal data processing

By checking the initially empty consent box and submitting a form or assistant question on ncagentos.ru, I voluntarily consent to the processing of the data I provide by ООО «Инновационные решения и технологии» (IRT LLC), tax ID 5012111667, registered at apartment 1, building 7, Shestaya Street, Balashikha, Moscow Region, Russia, 143989.

Purpose and scope

Purposes: responding to a question, considering an enquiry or suggestion, planning deployment and manually arranging a consultation. Data may include name, my chosen contact (email, phone or Telegram), task, preferred time, deployment location, application area, form entry point, language, conversation questions and replies, submission date and consent record. The exact fields depend on the form; not all are required together.

I consent to collection, recording, organisation, storage, correction, use for these purposes, anonymisation and deletion by automated and manual means. Records are held in WordPress on Beget hosting; this assistant does not send my text to an external AI service. This consent does not cover marketing subscriptions or publishing my contact details.

Duration: until the enquiry is resolved and no longer than 90 further days, or within 90 days of receipt if there is no follow-up, or until consent is withdrawn. I may request access, correction, a copy, deletion or withdrawal at info@irtit.ru. The operator verifies the request and handles it subject to applicable requirements. See the privacy policy.

Separate optional publication permission

Only if I additionally check the publication box, I permit my submitted name and feedback text to be displayed on ncagentos.ru after moderation for any visitor to read. The separate contact field remains private. This permission lasts until withdrawn or the operator removes the publication. Refusal does not prevent private consideration of feedback.
